Concrete repair and protection is the major component of the ACRP business as we have addressed the various concrete deterioration mechanisms such as mechanical damage, impact, structural overloading, weathering, poor compaction during placement, contamination by corrosive chemicals and damage caused by the corrosion of embedded steel reinforcement.

Waterstop / Leak Sealing: Reinstatement of water tight integrity to prevent water egress from containment structures or water ingress into structures is a specialised task undertaken by ACRP and is accomplished through injection of hydroactive resins through specially developed equipment into cracks, fractures, joints and other structural defects.

Timber Basket Ball Court: Application of Water Based Epoxy Resin to harden up the surface with a UV protective coating of Polyurethane resin to finish.

Joint sealants are applied to seal joints and openings between two or more substrates. Their purpose is to prevent air, water and other environmental elements from entering or exiting the substrate while still permitting the required amount of movement, this makes joint sealants a critical component of design and construction.

Reinstatement of Structural integrity to prevent spalling from concrete structures or delamination within these structures is a specialised task undertaken by ACRP and is accomplished through injection of Low Viscosity Epoxy Resins through specially developed equipment into cracks, fractures, joints and other structural defects.

Precision Grouting is another area in which ACRP specialises in; where precise grouting levels are needed for placement of turbine motors, crane rails or chemical containment stands.

These areas are generally within the Power generation companies, Mining and Refining.

Ground Stabilisation and Consolidation techniques include the use of controllable and environmentally friendly resins that pass through soils and strata prior to reacting to bind the soil and strata.

PVC Rear-Guard is installed into Concrete structures where extra waterproofing is required to reduce the risk of water permeating through the substrate. Here are a few photos of PVC Rear-Guard welded and set into place ready for the concrete pour.
